Don't take my recommendation to buy now. When this thread was posted, it was a good time to buy, but if you are reading this now, you are late.

Same. Unfortunately, all my money is already tied up in stocks, Ether, and some other alt coins.
It's cool, i'll just keep holding. It's already recovering quite a bit.

To be fair, he could have also easily lost thousands right now if he bought from the time I posted to the time I'm posting again. Down $500 (about 5%) to 9.6k. It's extremely, extremely volatile right now.
EDIT; And up to 9.8 now, ha. See what I mean?

When it tanked to 8.6k-8.8k... It dropped way to quick, it was clearly going to at least bounce up slightly.
EDIT: BTC has always been super volatile btw.

I agree and saw the same pattern. I think Coinbase/GDAX being down helped deflate the price temporarily. Lots of money could have been made right there.
It was impossible to buy, Coinbase & Bitpanda was down. Only places I could purchase. And Cex.io is verifying my info, so couldn't purchase there...

List a few exchanges:
https://localbitcoins.com
https://www.gdax.com
https://bittrex.com
https://poloniex.com
https://vircurex.com/
https://www.bitstamp.net/
https://www.bitfinex.com/
https://gemini.com/
I always use 2-3 exchanges at a time.

Do they accept Visa? That's the problem
Damn kit and I’m in the process of buying a BTC. Literally a gold mine right now
If it ever hits back 8.2k$, buy.

It's still good to buy now if you're in it for the long run.
