Problem: I bought this ebook from this user, with the package with the option to have a refund if funds were not gained. He promised WHITE-HAT methods, unfortunately I along with many other users cannot use this method because it violates E-bay's ToS, basically it is selling Free-ware on e-bay to broke students. 2nd method involves scamming backpage users while acting as a backpage hooker. Both of these methods were types that are illegal and were PROMISED not to be included and they were. Both methods are ILLEGAL and this user needs to refund anyone who is asking for a refund. He has been ignoring me for 3 days and I've warned him I'd open a dispute if he hadn't refunded my ETH. So here we are.

I'm sorry to say, but people are really naive with all those ebooks and whatnot.
Ask yourself if any of those methods really work to bring you a solid income, would anyone actually share those methods.
You bought a dream, it ended up being a nightmare and now you woke up. :P

Doesn't matter when I spend the extra $10 for a refund and he ends up lying and selling two highly illegal forms of fraud then I want my money back because I want no part in it. 

I payed extra for the ability to get my money back "HASSLE FREE", and he is telling me he isn't going to refund me. Sounds like a Hassle, and a bunch of lies to me.

His post clearly exclaims it does not involve: E-Commerce, Reselling, SEO, Illegal Activity... when in-fact both methods given are exactly this.

Sorry for your loss, but lesson learned, don't purchase eBooks, 99.9% of the time it's a waste of your money and your time.
