perm limited on PayPal, cannot add bank

Not sure if anyone had this issue before. I'm trying to link a bank account to my PayPal so I can withdraw but as my PayPal is perm limited I can't add a bank. Does anyone know how to fix this or should I just ring them?
You could just easily create a temp newpaypal send your money to that account, then put it into your bank then just deactive the account once done?
Is this your legitimate PayPal account?

Yes it is, I already gave all the details but I still cannot add a bank. I guess I'll just ring them.

They always fixed my problems fast.
you must ring them!! had same issue
You can only add it on the day you're allowed to withdraw.
Do you know why you were perm limited on PayPal? Not all perm limitations stick, and even those that do stick you can still have some wiggle room to withdraw your money now vs in 6 months.

If I were you I'd call them and see if they can do something, I will have a same problem as you, I can withdraw money in a month~ but it's perm limited so I can't add anything lol
If you ring them up they will provide you with the email to contact who can release the funds to you. I had this exact issue previously and they released the cash to the bank account of my choice via email.
