I mean in the code itself when you run the exe the asseblys will change
at the top of your code
using system;
[assembly: AssemblyTitle("test")]
namespace assembly {

You cant.
The only way to achieve a runtime name change is to generate the assembly in memory, compiling code on the fly and so on, or possibly recompiling an existing assembly before invoking it

You may search for the assembly called AssemblyChanger. I know some assembly changer used it.
