Setup: 10/10 - Completely being honest here, I have no coding knowledge what-so-ever. I was able to set this up in maybe 30 minutes max. All you need is to upload and unzip the file in your public_html. Otherwise the rest of the setup is completely straight forward. He gives you a README.txt with literally everything you could want to edit other than personal changes. It couldn't be easier to set this up. Keep in mind, I HAVE NO CODING KNOWLEDGE. Hosting and a web-domain added up to a total of $5.76. Pretty cool, huh.
Usage: 9/10 From a user's point of view, its literally so easy a 10 year old could do it. All they need to do is enter the txid and click a button. The website looks good and is well designed. Color theme is smooth and can easily be changed more than likely. Like I said earlier, anyone can do this. You can change the text and everything obviously, pretty well done already so I don't really see a point. The box that pops up after submitting a transaction is smooth and pleasing. Very well made.
Watch to see how long it takes.
Overall: 9.5/10 - Very good for what you pay, easy to setup, good for personal or commercial usage, well coded. I would suggest this.

You haven't bought the script and I don't have a site currently setup where you can use such script.
If you are talking about BitcoinHatch.com it uses a previous version and is not up-to-date as of now.
Please PM me with more info as I am sorta confused.
