User has scammed me for a thread design, signature, and profile picture. He asked me for these saying he'll pay me when im done, and I agreed. I finished the thread design and gave him my ETH address and he said funds will be there in 1-2 days... I was sketched out but I said ok as that was the only thing I could do . 3 days later I said where is my money he never responded even though I checked later and it said he was last seen 2 hours after my message was sent. On the 4th day I told him if I do not recieve any money by tomorrow I will be opening a scam report. He said "sure" and proceeded to ignore me on HF. Now after removing the images from imgur this user has stolen the thread design and is still using it. All I ask is for some admin to look at this because if this user can't afford a $10 thread design how can he be trusted selling product worth $20-$130 on HF

All I ask is that someone look this over I was not expecting to be scammed by someone with 300+ rep and for a thread design of all things. Anyways thanks for taking your time to look over this info and I hope everyone has a good rest of there day.

I have paid him so this dispute is resolved.
I personally hate people that conduct business like "Boolean type" has from what you've shown us in this thread. Will make sure not to ever go first to him in the future, or better yet just not deal with him at all.
@OP if he actually did pay you and this is resolved, I suggest you put a [Resolved] tag in your title, although it's not required.
Also, try to only deal on site from now on because Skype messages don't mean much here unless he sent you his Skype name via PM.

If this true you wouldn't have to pay him, you could've countered it.

It could be harassment but OP acknowledges the fact that he got paid now and he's not saying otherwise. Whether or not he wishes to express the status of this issue as resolved or not in the thread is completely up to him.
