I have read that once you buy HF L337 you're supposed to message Omni, but how would I be able to do so when there's a restriction. Please and thank you.

You aren't You should wait up to 24 hours for the upgrade to go through, if it hasn't gone through by then you are advised to message Omniscient. You will need 25 high quality posts to use the private message system, or just wait to receive the upgrade.
