Yes your model is compatible with E3 flasher, patches and custom firmware once you downgrade with flasher

Not much. You will first need to research how to use an e3 flasher to downgrade safely (spend a lot of time on this it isn't too simple and you can mess up your ps3 if you aren't careful) and then look into custom firmware.

Yes this model is jailbreakable with a ''E3 NOR FLASHER'' there is no way to jailbreak it without a ''E3 NOR FLASHER'' Because you need to downgrade the firmware and then upgrade the firmware to custom firmware
