If I'm not wrong most java drive bys don't bypass or have you managed to create one that bypasses?

all free ones are detected by almost ALL AVS like ms security essentials mcafee etc

Also without work IE would be the only browser to work with java, you would also need to make sure you have a code signing cert, within a corporate network java works, unless a user downloads and runs it say java -jar file.jar or a war file but not normal and silent and all this jazz. Basically in medium/large corporations inside the network and signed with their own already added cert then you have a chance.
