Upon reviewing the seller's account, I have found notable information that is as follows:

Detailed Review:
After having messages sent back and forth between this user and me, one of the first things I noticed was his / her response time. Regarding this, I would say that the user's response time could definitely be improved. It simply could be timezone issues, however, the user has not been online for 12+ hours since the date of this post.
Regarding the user's actual service, I noticed that the website is clearly custom-made, and the design is overall great. The user clearly has taken mass amounts of time to develop / have someone develop his site, as well as design / have someone design his thread design. The user has provided a step-by-step tutorial guide on how their website works via YouTube and has multiple options of contact with an auto-buy system setup for ease of use.
Now, let's talk about the actual quality of the user's proxies. Overall, I noticed that the proxies were all they stated, and are of very high quality. I personally had no issues to test with the support team, but from my personal experience dealing with the user, I would say that the support team is more than likely a group of highly qualified individuals to answer any questions hand-picked by this user. As for the pricing goes, I believe that this user's prices are unbeatable. The pricing goes as follows:
Weekly Plan: $4.99
Monthly Plan: $7.49
Yearly Plan: $45.99
Comparing these prices to other user services, it seems as if the prices are great. Many of the users here on the forum price their proxies based on each proxy rather than a specific subscription with unlimited prices. This user instead, decided to take the subscription route, and it seems as if he is doing substantially well. Additionally, you need to take into account that every proxy is checked on an hourly basis, with thousands of proxies ready to use.

Final Thoughts:
Overall I believe this service is very high quality. The user has taken the time to make his service the best it could be more than likely investing $1,000+ into the overall project. The user's response rate definitely needs to be improved upon, however, that is the only negative I can see with this specific service. Like I said previously, I believe the actual site's support team is not simply one person, rather other qualified individuals. There aren't many things you could improve upon at this point, but something I would highly recommend is to purchase a sticky in the Premium Sellers Section to help gain more customers.
