Requested Appraisal - "Titan Branding"(Graphic Service) - Requested Appraisal by "Titan"

Before I begin my review, I would like to thank you for allowing us ("Appraisers") the opportunity to review your Graphic service.

As described, the member "Titan" has a hosted service in the Marketplace, in the Paid Graphic Section. Based off of the thread, he has held that their mission is to "create innovative designs to give complete customer satisfaction." Even though the thread does not have as much reputation as of yet, the user is still capable of providing premium customer support. As a member when it comes to looking to get several designs completed, many of them forget the #1 rule when it comes to bringing their services to Hackforums and that is customer satisfaction. It is always disappointing when members who are looking to make a quick buck, charge overpriced deals for minimum work, but this is just an overall statement for the entire section. Let's get into the specifics.

One of my few concerns is proof of verification. What that means is, as a seller and graphic designer, what do you have to offer? The idea of how a thread design looks like is fundamental. I always like to break it down as what a customer needs to see when it comes to a sales thread made by a designer. A graphic designer's personal sales thread should be very creative, grammar corrected and filled with information so that the customer can agree that you are the one they want to hire.
I usually set out for a format that I have seen from comparing and contrasting what is most effective in this section.

• Description (who you are)
  
• Reputation (showing proof) (Let me provide an example: when you use statements like " Had many experiences since 2014, please show proof, don't just use a statement. Also, what do you have experience in, many tools can be used and sometimes customer need to know what programs you are efficient in just in case they have a vital project they want you apart of.)
  
• Skills:
  
• Portfolio: ( customer tend to hire you a lot more when you have a portfolio.
  
• Pricing:
  
• Contact Information:
  
• Payment Method (Optional)
  

Usually having your thread arranged like this will increase your sales for sure.
I gave Titan an assignment; he was able to complete it in less than 24 hours. I am impressed; many designers tend to get it usually done after a day or more. The design was not messy at all; I did not see random icons in random places just to make it seem more unique, I did not even go into specifics with the user, just told him to redesign a random sales thread. Everything I have mentioned tells me that this member is serious and ready to get the job done as stated. There are many rooms for improvement on your sales thread when it comes to being informative as well as the structure, but this was an overall good job.

Final Thoughts.

- Make sure you take my advice and try to restructure your sales thread, this will help you a lot and increase your sales.
- Keep doing what you are doing, I do not know what happened to you in the past but won't consider it with this review. Continue to respond to customers in a reasonable time and your service will grow.
