I'm no PS guru, but here's an idea that someone can work on.

A front-facing standing bird icon on the left with its head looking to the right, preferably vectorized and light-colored (try white for starters). Its wings spread to the right, but printed in code (think Matrix, high-contrast green or blue). Then overlay the "Samaritans" text on the wing and make it standout (try reddish text with a very thin white outline for starters).

Make a trial for a black halo on top of the bird's head too.

This looks great, really comparable to #Doge's work in my opinion. Maybe just keep the owl and remove the background access and it would look better. Doesn't match.

Working on a different one now. Illustrated something yesterday, i'm painting this one instead of leaving it a vector (and it will have more fitting colors).

Can you upload a higher quality image of the "darker" iteration?

My only not is that I would like it to be cleaned up a bit. Not a lot, just clean up some of the background noise so that there are some transparent areas.
