Description:
I spoke to "Buy Bitcoins" for around 30 minutes and ended up having to even delete some of the PM's of our conversation to have enough room since regular members have very limited PM space. Unfortunately, I can't show all the PM's on site but if any administrator looks it will be there. So, he asked if I could give any discounted rates for buying in bulk and I replied with yes a rate of .135 / m if he buys my whole stock negotiations later we decided to do 200m OSRS GP and $448 PP for my 4.8b RS3 GP, He agreed.
Since I have poor rep, an open scam report(illegitimate) from 2012, and have been inactive I decided to go first this was the biggest mistake. I traded him my 4.8b RS3 GP I did not take a screenshot of the trade I truly believed this man was legitimate. After realizing he wasn't responding to my PM's on HF I knew I either A. Got scammed or B. His internet went out.
Proof:
Here is a picture of me trading him and him accepting the trade then moving to OSRS where I DID NOT RECIEVE any GP he just states OSRS and logged out.

this is the only screenshot I have of our transaction I really screwed up by not taking a SS of the trade. I am still willing to do the trade, but he is offline and hasn't been online since.

Dealing with this user was a big mistake
Edit: He just changed his username and is now looking at the report. Here
His new username is Coin Based and yes, he is still ignoring me.
