I don't see what point you're arguing at this time. Lrrr has been around this forum for some time. It's just a matter of moments until someone suggests him as a notable member to have an article written about. Also, someone doesn't have to be publicly voted on to receive a page, either. If notable work has been provided by them throughout the years, they will more than likely receive a page in their honor.

You don't have to be a wiki member to make edits to the page, they will just have to be approved first.
