Hey guys,
Would you recommend a dirty or lean bulk for getting the calories while saving money?

Chicken, tuna, eggs, rice and potatoes are all pretty cheap ways to bulk.
I don't have any supplements to recommend but those would help too.
Dirty bulks usually comprise processed foods, and a lot of them. Clean bulks comprise mostly self-prepared meals. Since processed foods are more expensive than whole foods, a clean bulk will be cheaper.
I don't middleman any deals on- or off-site. Please don't message me requesting my past services and certainly don't fall for anybody who claims to be me.
Clean bulk for sure. Chicken = cheap. Fish is generally cheap depending where you buy. Dirty bulk will be plenty more expensive.

Thanks for the fast replies guys. I always thought dirty bulking would be better as the foods usually contained more calories, but after doing some calculation I've noticed it would be quite expensive.

No way, I have tried both and you will be way happier with a lean bulk.

Dirty bulking won't benefit you unless you're on gear (in which case, go for it...visit Eric Kanevsky's YT channel and watch his offseason videos).

Thanks for the advice. I am not on juice so I will probably stick to lean bulking as you recommended then :)
The cheapest carbs/protein mix you can get is oats (13g protein per 100g) and red lentils (26g per 100g)
Chicken is good too i ate 400g of chicken yesterday lol
Want super cheap? Rice, egg whites and veggies.
