Application Process
Here's how the application process will work. You will fill out this initial application form.

Along with your application:
Choose a service/product in the Free Services and Giveaways Section and do a formal review of it.

In addition, you must also choose any thread located in the Appraisals and Pricing Section and do a formal appraisal of it.

We will use this thread as a new member farm, and thus recruitment will never close. We will accept or deny members on a rolling bassis.


Requirements
As a group that dedicates itself to appraising products and services, funds and ownership confirmation, as well as acting as a marketplace watchdog, we are the first line of defense between a great marketplace transaction, and a bad community experience for someone.
We believe that acceptance into Appraisers requires a level of community prestige as-well as a stead-fast and strong will. You will be asked for certain personal details to help prevent possible corruption. In the event of member corruption, Appraisers will hold the member personally accountable.

• Member of Hack Forums for at least 6 months.

I'm sure you're well aware of my time that I am able to devote having previously been a part of the group. Realistically, I would be able to devote around 72 hours minimum, assuming I'd have enough people wanting reviews, appraisals, confirmations, etc. I'd be glad to re-join the group and provide more contributions in addition to innovating the ones I've made towards the group in the pasts.

When I am reviewing your eBook, these are the following things I have looked at and will be followed up in my post later.

• Presentation of information and clarifications if necessary.

Beginning to review this user's product, one of the first things that I noticed was this user's response time. The user replied in a timely manner greeting me nicely and in proper English. The content of this user's product is overall fairly simple to use. From my personal experience, he simply sent me a PM with the link to the product and like I said before, greeting me with kind words. I am pleased to say that as a graphic designer's perspective the product this user provided was outstanding. I personally find it very difficult to mentor others regarding graphic design, however, this user's product is definitely something that is out of the box. The video shows an in-depth step-by-step guide on how to create animated videos, that anyone can learn with the right mindset. The product is a simple, yet effective video that is extremely informative in regards to creating these videos.
The content originality is most definitely outstanding. I've never seen something so simplistic, yet so effective before. Especially when it is being given out for free. If this product was not given out for free by this user, it would more than likely lie in an edited version as a product being sold on HackForums. In regards to this statement, I would have to say that the price that this user is selling the product at is amazing. He is giving a product out that is currently free, that could have easily been sold to various individuals who were looking to get started on graphic design. Not only is this product easy to learn from, it is free, and there is no harm in getting anything for free.

Final Thoughts

This user's product is overall great and I would definitely thank him / her for giving it away, HOWEVER... based simply on the user's profile it would seem that he / she is more than likely a very suspicious individual. As of the date of this post, he / she joined only a week ago, and the fact that they would make a giveaway so soon just rings some bells in a sense. This is simply my personal opinion in the matter.
Like I said, the overall product is great and the presentation this user provided on the thread was also done very nicely. Not only is an explainer video provided, but a brief example of how the product would look is also provided.

If anyone reading this is interested in graphic design / animations, this product is completely free and can help benefit your future skills tremendously!

Maximalism's Product Appraisal for "OG Snap (R*ch)", Thread by kxvin

Before I begin my review, I would like to thank you for giving us ("Appraisers"), the opportunity to appraise your product.

The first thing I notice when seeing this Snapchat account is the originality. This is a Snapchat that has never / rarely been seen in the market before, and would most definitely drive a significant amount of demand from the right people (with the right advertising). Something that has been trending for the past decade is the thought of being at a higher economic standpoint essentially meaning you are living a better life. Although this statement is not necessarily true, the amount of people that would be interested in this Snapchat is significantly greater than the number of people interested most Snapchats to date.
I would personally appraise this account to be ~$1800-$2500. These numbers are at a significant jump mainly because there are not a vast amount of Snapchats on this specific level of rareness. Something that I would recommend is showing proof of ownership, because many people would assume that you may not own this account because it is so rare.

Please keep in mind that we look for well written content, so effort means a lot in your applications.

If I were to be the one to personally review your applications, I would personally look at your ability to work with limited resources when doing such reviews, but I do, nonetheless, believe future applicants should take a look at our archive of already written reviews and appraisals of products and services. This will help you in articulating a well-written application, but by no means does that give you the right to plagiarize already written content by Appraisers members but do use it as a foundation to help you get started.

Before I begin my review, I would like to thank you for giving us ("Appraisers"), the opportunity to review your eBook.


Product: AMAZON DEALER - THE ALL INCLUSIVE GUIDE TO COLLECT GIFT CARDS by "Ombra"

I bought this product a few months ago and this is my full review

So this method as advertized is a guide on how to acquire Amazon gift cards for free.
This method will take you at least 20 days of work/waiting before you can receive your first gift card. After that point you can get one or so daily, if you have set up enough accounts in preparation to do so.
This method is original and i can see how it would work in principle.

The 20 day setup time is quite long and because of that many members might not even bother trying it out fully, which all people thinking about purchasing this should consider before buying.
It should also be said that it will require a decent time investment before you will be even close to seeing any money coming in. On that point i would say it is probably not worth the hassle for you if you have very limited free time in your everyday life.

The main problem of this method though is glaringly obvious once you start trying to set it up properly. This method requires that multiple people besides yourself help you in the process of getting the gift cards in the end.
Now it is technically possible for you to not need other people's help to get this method working, but that would require a much higher level of time investment as well as almost a headache of things to keep track of.

Now as i said you need help from others for this method to work well overall, and the big problem with that is that there simply are not enough people using this method at all at the moment, so you can't get that help you so dearly need. When i started with this method there was at most only one other using the method still, and therefore i had basically no help at all getting things ready to get my gift cards.

This resulted in me trying to do it all on my own.
I decided to start 3 accounts to interact with each other, and hoped that that would be enough to get everything going around so i could at least get a gift card or two over time.
But this was clearly not enough. As some other person in the method group said you should use at least 6-7 accounts if you are doing it by yourself to make it work, and that person was probably correct.
Me only using those few accounts for everything needed ended with all of them being banned within a week or so of setting it all up.

After those first 3 accounts were banned i never went back to the method to try it again. I Personally saw no point in it. The time i would need to invest to have a chance of making it work was just much, much too high.
Keep in mind that only having 3 accounts active still took hours of time investment to keep up the schedule of the method.

Now OP was Kind enough to offer me a 50% refund at one time when i pointed out the issues i was facing with the method, so kudos to him for that.
Also if it was not already obvious i did in the end not make anything from this method, and since i never intend to try it again, i will not do so in future either.

Final Thoughts

As i said i do believe this method can work fairly well in principle. But as i also mentioned, at this time it simply does not due to the issues highlighted above.
If this method worked properly, and the issue above was not present, then i could probably have said it was overall worth the price and time investment needed. But since that is not the case i can simply not recommend you buy this product at this time.

If the issues of this method are at some point fixed, and it sees a resurgence of users using the method at the same time, then, and only then would i say this might be worth a purchase.
