To be honest, there are more people than you think interested in buying detected memory cheat or memory in general.
With detected memory , you can still rage boost someone => $$$ . You can also, but it's less ethic, spam the account to rank it high and then sell it for a high price before it gets banned. Or just play for fun, rekking everyone in your games then move to another account :D
Side note for Op: You might want to explain the whole screen locked thing with the pixel bots.

Reasons such as these are why most people by memory cheats, detected or not.
Here is my honest review after purchasing one day.
I never got to use the hack as wraxu and the dev couldn't get it working on 2 of my computers. wraxu made a sincere attempt, but couldn't do much as he's the reseller only. The dev just went through the basic steps that wraxu already suggested to me and I ended up wasting $17 for the day period. I still got banned a day later for the hack being opened while Overwatch was loaded so that sucks...
wraxu does state in the thread that it's detected and it's basically to boost accounts or play for 1-2 days and have fun... If you can't read, this isn't for you then.

I honestly don't know in your case, if you got banned I assume its because the cheat would inject but somrthing was blocking the aimbot. I am working with my affiliate to try and find out...
