My friend just sent someone £200 in BTC but used such a low fee per byte that it won't get confirmed 🤣
Does anyone know if he is fucked?
I told him that I would order it for him but no he had to fuck it up...

He's not fucked. It just takes time.
If anything it'll be sent back to the original address if txt fees are low
He used a fee per byte fee of 5!

It will just take ages to confirm lol
It says on blockchain that the transaction has 16 confirmations http://prntscr.com/ind2uw
Should the money have gone through by now?

Assuming you're looking at the correct transaction, yes, it would've gone through by now.

The maximum required for any business is 6.
He can either wait for the transaction to cancel or go through, or if he has the option to doublespend/replace fee he could do either to get the transaction through

I don't see how that works - if it has 20 confirmations why wouldn't it go through?

Even at 1 confirmation it has gone through, whoever received it is scamming you/him.
I did the same with a 100+ btc transaction to a different wallet (new seed less transactions to sync on new devices) and use a fee of like 25 cents with a shitload of outputs... took 2 days but it came.
Feel free to donate a few bitcoins to me.

I would contact the business in question and ask them directly.
I don't think he is out of btc or money, I think it may just take a decent amount of time before the transaction finishes.
It will get confirmed eventually. Emphasis on eventually.
