I know that 10 Prestige is low in most of you guy eyes and If It get lower, CS section might be full of spammer, scammer, betting sites ad, ref spam. But It's not that easy to get 10 Prestige. I was want to answer some questions and ask some questions there but I can't.
I also know I'm just new member here and most likely nothing will change and I might even end up get my account close here. But I also don't know how to make my Prestige go to 10. I think why not make some more requirement like 5 Prestige with atleast 6 months member and 25 posts otherwise 10 Prestige is need. This might make CS section have more spammer and troll but It also make section available for more members. Hope you guy understand what I mean since I'm pretty bad on English and I tried my best to type this.

I mean if you've been on the site for 6 months, and only have 5 prestige/25 posts or whatever that's major lurk imo. Getting to 10 prestige isn't extremely hard, and probably doesn't need to change tbf.

I wouldn't. The entire section would solely become new accounts begging for skeet invites or for people to report bot.

@OP Engage in the community and you'll hit that requirement in no time. There are a plethora of ways to accumulate prestige on Hack Forums.

I'm disagree in this case. CS:GO is full of betting sites. Now imagine section get spam by betting sites promo code but 10 is more than enough....
