I ran into a problem that I can edit my own thread only 15 times, which is a bit annoying as it's my sales thread.
Is it possible to make it unlimited? Apparently L33T upgrade says that posts can be edited for up to 30 days.
Edit: I think this thread would be a great invitation to raise the edits limit or change the way it works as it's obstructing to people with sales threads.
I'm like a crushed light bulb, all out of shine.
I'm so scared of the future so I stay stuck, broken in to pieces and my spirit's all taped up.
It is a new hing implemented, I'm not a big fan of it when it comes to my threads but oh well.

But don't you guys think this is an obstruction for people who manage sales threads and need to, for example, update the vouches or important information?
I think more freedom needs to be given here, because I'm sure many people edit their sales threads a ton. This feature would cause unnecessary misunderstandings with services who can't state any changes/updates and would have to create a new thread for their sales - unnecessary spam.
Also I've been contacted by a staff member to remove certain information from my thread and apparently that was the last edit I was able to do.

The number of edits you can make reset every sixty days. Do you really need to update a sales thread more often than that?

Yes. Don't you think sixty days is a lot of waiting time? Especially when you just create the thread, and especially sales thread, you would keep going over it and fix any typos, errors or would want to improve it. At least I do personally, so it does take at least 5 edits.
I believe this limit is unnecessary.

Any edit within the first hour of original post is not counted/logged.

60 days is a lot, especially when you want to add "vouches" or whatever to your thread every now and then.

I understand. But it has been a few days and I feel there is a need to update my thread but there is no longer such option for my sales thread. It's unfortunate.
I'm sure there are many other people who would run into this problem, especially those who put daily/weekly information updates on their threads.

Indeed.

Do you really have to add every single vouch? Wait until you get 5-10 vouches and edit the thread with them all at once.

I'm not a fan of the new change myself- however it is needed. There has always been abuse issues.

Use the full editor and then select "preview post" and check for any typos or errors before finally saving the edit.
I'm not a fan of the update either but not much one can do about it.

We can certainly start talking about the "what ifs" and what could be done not to see the elephant in the room, but it will still be there. The elephant. 10 edits is still not enough, even if you're there only to edit vouches once per 5 or up to 10.

Yes, but Omni is looking forward to feedback of this as stated on his thread - I hope that is true. Therefore this thread could be a great invitation to change it, since many people find this unnecessary and obstructing.
The only reason to keep it at 10 would be them not being able to keep the logs of edits optimized if updated to higher limit.
Do an edit once every 4 days! That will work out at your 15 edit limit after 60 days.
It's really just as simple as that, you don't need to be editing it so much. Plus, we're expecting these limits to be raised soon, AFAIK.
