What are your thoughts on scammers? (Ex. When a friend lends you gear and you just never give it back)
I hate scammers like that. I lent shit all the time to friends, and I'd be pretty upset if they chose to have GP over a friendship. I think they deserve punishment for betraying the trust of a friend.
What are your thoughts on lurers? (Ex. Drop lures, wildy lures...basically meeting someone getting them to trust you in ~20 minutes and taking their bank)
I believe this is okay. Yes it is breaking the trust, but they are not someone you know/care about. Many players have been lured before, including myself, and we move on or quit. Who doesn't respect a good lure anyways? Having good SE skills used to take other players items...but I don't find it worse than scamming.
What are your thoughts on dicing websites or gambling hosts?
If they are keeping the odds as they claim such as 45% win chance that's okay...but if it is secretly wrigged...that's wrong. I'm sure it happens all the time and I think that is on the same level of scamming.
What are your thoughts on people who run massive bot farms?
Although bots effect prices of certain materials, I think it does the work that not enough people want to do. People who run a good bot farm have my respects because I know it takes a lot of effort to run/manage.
There are many ways to make money in game...Simply because it breaks an in game rule I don't think it's really that bad? If I had to rank what's worse to least worse it would be like this:

Dicing Websites claim you have a winning chance, but it's really otherwise...
Lurers
Bot farm runners

I'm surprised people even still fall for this anymore especially the drop ones like how retarded do you have to be to drop your valuables. Alot of those lurers who make youtube videos just fake the loots for views and attenction.

Gambling websites are fun to play on here and there the odds obviously are not in your favor obviously they are a business and need to make profit also could be rigged there no regulation over those anyways.

I don't really see that many bots in game anymore its obviously because jagex has cracked down on botting a great deal over the past couple years. I do agree with you though kudos to people who still do it because it really isn't that worth it anymore due to how regularly you will get banned.
In my opinion id say the people who overall make alot of profit in the game are the account hijackers such as the Recoverers , Crackers and Ph*shers

It doesn't mean they are retarded for falling for it. I lure on the weekends and get about 100-200M/day and I hate when people insult the people who just got lured. I've lured bils yet I always feel bad for the person...They arn't retarded for falling for it. Happens tot he best of us.
Also who the fuck fakes their clips? Link me...LOL? Maybe some are repeat clips but I don't know any lurer who fakes their clips and I am fairly involved in the luring community.
I think account crackers/recoverers make the most money in game if they are able to consistently get accounts.
I think if you can get someone stupid enough to lure, they deserve it, it's one of the funniest things to do.
When I was younger I use to make close to $1k a week from rsgp when I grinded on it with my clan.

My opinion on all subjects is that all of them is an art, other then hosting.
If you can do all of the other ones successfully frequently props to you, you deserve the spoils.
