Put her all together and i cannot get any kind of display on the monitor.
Does the motherboard actually POST? Any beeps or codes present? Are there signs of power being present?
Are you plugging in the monitor to the graphics card or the motherboard? Should be into the graphics card.
Can you take a pic of the inside of the PC, all the cable connections?
I dont hear any kind of beeps, but it all does power on.

You're missing the 8-pin CPU power in the top left of the board.

This^^

You need to plug that in to give the CPU power.
I was looking through my cables and my psu did not come with a cable to match up with that. I looked around on the internet and could not find one to buy

It should be labeled CPU or EPS.
There's no way a brand new PSU didn't come with that.

the cpu end is split in halve. only 4 of the pins will fit in it. is that a issue?

There should be 2 of the 4-pin connectors that clip together to make the 8-pin.
ye their all mismatching on the other 4 pin side.

EDIT: I got it, however when i power it on it will all power up. then in 2 seconds the power turns off.

Unplug the psu from the wall.
Remove the CMOS battery for 5 seconds.
Put it back in then plug the cord back in the wall.
Turn it on.

If that still doesnt work remove the ram and try a different dimm slot.
heres some things i done.

Took the battery out.
Put the ram in different areas and even tried to boot it up with out ram
Unplug absolutely everything except the neccasry stuff to power the mobo

after with everything taken out with just the cpu on the mobo it still powers on and powers off after 2 seconds. It wasnt doing this until I hooked up the CPU Cable.

Are you 100% sure you have the correct cable for the CPU?
Should be labelled ATX12V/EPS12V or CPU.

When you installed the motherboard did you make sure all the needed standoffs were installed and all motherboard mounting screws are installed?

When you connected the front panel connectors from the case to the motherboard, are you sure they are connected to the correct pins as shown in the motherboard manual?

If you can post closer pics of:
The ram in the slot
The 8-pin connected near the CPU
The 24-pin to the motherboard
Oh ye its all correct.

UPDATE: When I unplug the power switch from the case to the mobo the comp stays on and bios shows up. I had it exactly shown in the manual. I just cant plug it back in or it shuts back down.
