I've been lazy to make the report but whatever. Bought his "NEW" shell method and realized it was just his old one but reworded. When people found out it didnt work he closed his thread and then when I messaged him he sent me the "updated method". Sent him another PM saying it didn't work and he never responded. Just want my refund for his shitty shell method that doesnt even work.

Open a chargeback, PayPal will close it within minutes anyways. Plus, my account won't get limited.

Vouch for this, user has been selling a broken method for like 2 months now lol, sold it with a program to automate it and the program doesn't even work

Reissfeider just open a dispute on PP, this scammer sold the patched method for me too, but I open a dispute and won, pp refund my 20 usd back in few days.
