Sorry for the problem you're experiencing.
Are you potentially using a VPN?
Have you enabled access from less secure apps as suggested in the tutorial?
As for the STARTTLS command error, this occurs if you have not enabled SSL. The tutorial teaches you which settings to use for Gmail SMTP.

After some help from FiftyTwo and some playing around I finally got it to work. It was my fault as I entered the wrong port code lmao. This program is great, at first I was a little hesitant due to the threat alert, however FiftyTwo assured me it was a false positive. The GUI is really nice, it's not clunky at all and the tabs are organised. My email even hit the inbox too, which I was surprised about. For $8.99, you can't really complain. I've seen more expensive tools which don't work as well as this program. Thanks for all your help, FiftyTwo.

Cause I think these emails stop mass mailing using as SMTP

If I understand your question correctly, you can use any SMTP with this tool but Gmail is recommended.
