I tested my file on run4me.net and it's fud scantime and runtime; with Internet ON. I also checked with viruscheckmate and the file appears fud.
But it gets detected when I run on another pc despite being fud (same AVs). So I was wondering if it is accurate.

With Internet on it connects the av's to a cloud base where on viruscheckmate it does not. The cloud base has more tools and is constantly updated and looks at what other av companies have for samples it also looks for padderns and behavior and i don't recommend turning internet on because it destributes your file

The file remained fud for 2 days (on sacnners); but gets detected on actual PC instantly even now. The file on both scanners is still FUD.
I'm wondering what makes it detected on the actual pc
You must have internet on and NO DELAY. If you have delay it will state it bypassed before the real scan.

This right here.
Basically all AV scanning companies are accurate in their file detection, you just have to have somewhat of a good internet connection, and a good connection between your router and their servers. Meaning if they're hosted somewhere in Russia and you live on the east coast of the U.S, chances are you're not going to get accurate results.
Though, I would still recommend paying for Virus Checkmate or a crypter with a built-in scanner (Topher, for example).
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong in anything of what I say. I'm no networking or cryptography expert by any means.

What antivirus are you referring to that detects your file

VCM and any scanner with any crypter is just Scantime bro, which means shit. Runtime is what run4me.net is.
I suggest getting a VM and snapping each major AV and manually TEST That is the BEST way.

Virus definitions and/or actual AV version difference between actual PC and scanners? Could that be it?
Viruscheckmate is down, what other alternative is out there? I mean with no distribute. Please any help will appreciated.
