I bought a botnet setup from a user who is here, and I have PM proof.
The problem is that he scammed me, but I am not sure if I can open a scam report because the botnet I was supposed to pay for is forbidden here!
Will I risk my account if I open the scam report?

Did the deal happen on site? If it happened on site then their sales thread shouldn't even be open if it's forbidden.

Just blur out the words of the specific thingy things and call it a botnet setup as it is. No need to go into details on what it exactly is.

Give us more context of the situation I did PM op on sites then he gave me his discord to talk further and rest of the deal was on discord, but I have every screen to back up what I am saying

If the deal went down on site and if it was just about the botnet set up then it should be fine.
That being said, I get a strong feeling that the forbidden botnet you're referring to has something to do with ransomware.
If that is the case then the deal should not have happened on this site in the first place and you will risk action taken against your account as well as that of the guy who offered the service.
Fyi: I will forward this to staff so they can take a look at it and clear it up. If it was indeed about ransomware related software you do NOT belong on this forum.

Nothing will happen to you if you bought something that is forbidden here but you should have reported it. However, something will surely happen to him for selling forbidden stuff.
