It's now installed.

You should see "Alerts()" in top left next to "User CP".

In UserCP you can alter settings:

MyAlerts defaults to white if you've already read it. It's a common issue with this plugin on darker themes, and a simple fix for Omniscient.

By the way, I've tested it out and it shows the name of the person who rates your thread. Will be useful and glad this is showing it, but not sure if Omniscient wants it that way.
