Roulette calculating the winning number?

So I was just thinking about this and would like to know others opinion about why this would or not be possible..

This would only work for online live Roulette.

Make a program which is able to read the Roulette Ball track, pockets and the ball..
When the dealer releases the ball first scan where he is releasing the ball then let the program calculate how fast the ball is going by counting how fast it is passing a certain amount of pockets.
By that calculation you could calculate which diamond it would be hitting and potentially increase your win chance big time.

Ofcourse this program would be very advanced and you might have to buy a duplicate Bowl as the casino is using to calculate this all.

Is this completely impossible,Am I missing something? or am I nuts? I'd like to hear some opinions 🤝

Maybe not impossible, but still impossible.
Are we talking bout digital or physical? I don't think it's possible while digital but physical hmmhmhmh then we have a different case.

edit: Just realized you were talking about digital physical lmao yeah it'd be possible but I feel like those nibs have loss magnets.
I don't see this being possible.

By doing all those calculations it might be able to tell you where the ball is hitting on that live spin (once the ball has been released), however, they stop taking bets BEFORE the ball is released. By this method you might be able to tell where the ball is going to land but you can't bet.

If you are talking about predicting future rolls: the balls spins at different velocities every single time due to the inconsistent speed of the dealer. Factor in the random bouncing that the ball does I would assume this is highly unlikely.

True which is why I was thinking about buying the same roulette bowl, but just realised they probably destroy the old ones or broken ones so you won't be able to test with them or shit.. Not sure about this tho

A possible method would be formula bruteforcing, you analyze a roulette game. Get the output and keep making formulas to determine the same output.

I don't really think this method would be possible due you not being a supermachine that can detect every value and speed and it'd be hard to learn AI recnogize such values.
You can't bet once the dealer throws the ball, so what purpose would this serve you? Probably impossible anyways as there are certain things that are unpredictable such as random bounces and velocities.

You are still allowed to bet once its trown dude. As I'm saying in this thread, If it would be possible then you would only increase chances 🤝

So you just plan on adding a device that can track the ball while remaining undetected by the dealer or security? ok.
It's possible mate but be prepared to have a dick up your ass after you win

I've never seen a table which allowed this. Either way, how do you plan on. Ringing this "device" to the casino? It would never work online. I really don't know how you think there is a way for this to work.
There might be little bumps in the wheel. If so, a computer can never predict where the ball will land. Btw, you have to place a bet before the rolling starts right?

Exactly. There is no way you can predict the future outcome of the roll in real time unless you know where the ball will be rolled from which is almost definitely unpredictable.

Your idea is pretty smart to be honest I don't think it'd work, most places I know do not let you bet at this moment during the roulette spin & if casinos were aware of such technology then they'd definitely combat it by making sure all bets are placed before any inclination of what will happen takes place. But you definitely a good brain for getting an advantage.
I wonder how people come up with these crazy ideas
