Pilots?

Are there any Pilot's on HF??
I'm getting my PPL(A) Licence soon...I passed all internal tests and health test and the next is the official FAA theory test.
👹
Not a pilot but congratulations on your achievement bro!
I know of a couple pilots on here.

I am a SUAS pilot lol :)
I'm not a pilot myself but I'd definitely like to get my license someday in the future. We'll see. Good luck with the tests OP!

Thanks. You should. Flying is very unique experience. First you need to pass health test, for PPL(A) you need 2.degree health approval(that's for civil/general aviation). Then you have like 6-7 months of theory and after that you start to fly with instructor....You need 45 hours of flight to get a licence (about 70 school training flights) but they give you to fly solo already after 25 hours if you are good at it. It will cost me about 8 000 USD but It will be worth it...  🤩

Nice. I love drones. I bought one pretty good. In first flight It ended up on tree and I barely got it down....And it got damaged. For some reason one of propellers did not want to spin, I changed the propeller but with no effect... Then when I gave up and the drone was on my table I saw that OPPOSITE propeller is actually the one that was damaged. And when I changed it it finally flew again normally....I still don't get it why was he spinning the damaged faster then others and the opposite little or not at all?? Is that some sort of built in software that corrects spinning of propellers??
Anyway On the next flight I was toying with it for about one hour. It was hard to control at first but later I was totally in control of it. But sadly I lost the control of it because software on my Samsung got frozen and the drone kept going away from me....Sooooo,there goes my drone...I lost it in forest...But it's ok that I lost this drone because it was for me something like a training drone. It's an cheap imitation of DJI MAVIC (it even looks like it)
And I recommend it to everyone who is beginner. It's fast, it have wifi, 2 MP camera, 3 battery's that last for 8 minutes and you can charge them on your PC or Laptop if you want also I noticed that you can use it as a remote camera....Just think about it you can put it on some place and connect with your smartphone and record. When you are using this drone in such way you get up to 3-4 hours of video surveilance. No wires no nothing. It's great....And The best part is it's expendable. It was just 50 USD...Now is 60 but hey...That's nothing... The drone is VISUO XS809HW Wifi FPV 2MP Selfie RC Quadcopter drone...

Thanks. I wanted this since I was a little kid. I still remember when I started to go to kids school and we had to say what we want to be when we grow up in front of entire class and I said that I want to be a pilot...The Teacher and everyone laughed because she said to me that I should pick something else than that and not copy what other two boys said....So who's laughing now B.....c  🤣  🤩

I helped a wannabe pilot proofread his final thesis and check it for grammar once, there were a lot of aviation terms in that. I guess that's as close to becoming a pilot as I'll ever be.

Thank you. I worked hard for this and learned allot. So I can't wait to get that licence in my hands. This also means greater financial income for me because I will work as a flight instructor for newbies in that same school and will earn extra money beside what I earn in my own company.
So it's pleasure mixed with a good benefit and it won't be hard because you know what they say "when you do what you love that's not work" 🤝
