Not necessarily, when I had a limited account it claimed it would be 180 days, and it was a little sooner. I think it was 90+- few days, until I received the e-mail saying I can withdraw my funds.

Great question. To be honest, I still don't know why I was limited at all.
They never explained it, just told me I breached their terms of service.

Luckily I only had like $20.00 or so in balance, but it could have been much worse.

Now I use Square, Zelle, Google Pay and crypto.

Yup that happened to me a while back, they said I was selling Netflix accounts which violated their TOS. I tried everything I possibly could and they won't change their mind for shit. Paypal is the worst company on earth, I had pretty much all the money I earned on there($10k+) which I had to wait 6 months to get.
