I'd advise anyone to use a mm and wait to see the check mark before letting the seller have any access to funds, due to this being a high used niche to scam, and hardly anyone able to do it. Include proof op or clearly state you will not touch the funds till they get verified

Said that clearly if you know this works and they're getting what the paid for aka a check mark. Let the wait to receive it. I already see the "Oh your channel didn't work it didnt meet the requirements" or another excuse coming after someone pays and waits the duration
