I had a Discord account with a year of nitro prepaid. I was a semi-partner (they sent me shirts and shit) and a member of the hypesquad and bug hunters. So yeah, I was pretty helpful to them.

My account was disabled. Which is what Discord will do when they perm ban you. Proof:


Why was my account disabled? Well... heres where the fun starts...

The reason I was given originally was this:


Now... Yes I was a member of several NSFW servers and no, none of them were related to content involving minors. I have been informed by members of a server that ONE user posted cheese pizza and then reported the server on a different account, this resulted in the whole server being deleted by Discord staff and all members being banned despite the fact that only one person broke their ToS.

Now lets delve more into their ToS. Absolutely no where does their ToS state that being in a server where someone else breaks the rules make you liable for their actions. Yet according to their "Trust & Safety" team it does.

My response to their orginal email stating why I was banned:


I submitted a BBB complaint to the BBB for LA and SV. Which was reviewed by them and forwarded to Discord Inc.

I am still awaiting their response.

Now lets delve more into their Trust and Safety Team and their foolish actions.

allthefoxes is the main member of their Trust and Safety Team. He is an LGBT Furry SJW. Perfect mindset for moderation of a major social platform!

Here I chatted with someone from the Discord staff team who then blocked me because he didn't want to deal with me:

As you can see Discord is against free speech, lets their staff ban whoever they want even if they don't break the ToS and don't care about their users.

Can't wait until Omni adds XMPP so everyone will stop using their shit service.

I find this a Justified ban. If you have a discord community, its your communities responsibility to ensure non of that shit goes on.
Especially CP, if anyone can just join, thats on everyone whos in the server. I have numerous servers that i use daily, and it is heavily moderated.

Participating in a community and not taking actions against is just as bad in MY op.
When it comes to CP you should do anything you can to get the person fucked even if it means feds. Its a communities responsibility to ensure its safe. Discords bans are justified, they banned the community for not taking direct actions against the user.

There are more than 1 person in the server. There for its the servers responsibility. You shouldnt join servers with people you dont trust. Thats on you OP.

I didn't receive CP because my computer was switched off so it never reached me since the server was already banned when I switched on my PC.
