Not at all. I don't live in the US nor have a US bank account. If you're in another country with another currency, they send you the money in your own currency without any problems.

In the beginning, it's going to take a bit. I'm not saying you have to constantly spend time researching for this (You can if you want to), but you can also do it during your free time as well. I bought a few days ago and am still researching (Mainly due to me having finals). Once you finish the research, you can begin the steps needed to start the method. After the method starts, it is mainly auto pilot.

Another point is that the 'budget' depends on the product. Some products will require a much higher budget and some lower. I personally recommend starting on a lower-budget product and when you get a steady income from that, move on to bigger products and scale it. I have several friends making around $100k a month from this by slowly scaling it and understanding it. My role in this is to help you not choose bad products and help.

The time also relies on how long it takes for research which is different from person to person and also the communication in two ends which my students know about.
