I have tried to find option but not getting it .

I think you need a certain amount of posts before you can have a signature. Correct me if I'm wrong..

Yeeah bro I believe it's 50 posts and you could have a signature or somthin like that.

edit: actually idk cuz it aint even lettin me put a signature and i got 173 posts. It probably dont matter how much posts you got maybe it has to do if you got l33t or some shit man idk.

No, normal members can have sigs. However they need l33t to put images in them.
