Just curious to know if it's possible to purchase more than one "Legalize It" award or was it just given to some users for some special event for free?

You’ll have to wait till next year and that is if Omni decides to make it stackable again.

You can buy Master Donator and GA they are stackable.

Yeah there was no max, but you can only create 3 coinpayments transactions every 24hr
so you had to wait for those to confirm, then buy the next 3, etc.
