These are world mix ips from 1.2mil rotating ip pool. so yea, you will get some US ips that works on those sites.

Ips rotate every 5 minute.

no geo target atm.
You use them as you normally would. Every web request will spawn a new node(ip)

Well I would not say these work for all sites if its not Geo targeted. Some sites will just block or ban accounts made with other geo locations. But for most applications I see this being a great deal. What size is the ip pool?
