Man I swear there are people just running scripts to sit there and rep upgraded members. I been peeping profile and just see people go from rep page to rep page. I'm aware of rep not meaning much now but perhaps an interval will stop the random rep bots. I'm not certain people are automating it, but if it's not happening already, it's bound to happen eventually in a community full of smart people lol.

There's a limit on how many reps per day. Now you want to limit reps per minute/hour? Why? This will do nothing at the end of the day (literally)

what better way to farm rep than to spend 20 minutes writing a script to rep upgraded members for reciprocation rep while you're at work or school? i assume you joined terminal under the loungers sector lol

There are plenty of people who use all their 25 reps, whether they do it manually or by bot, it it's no big deal.

like i said, i just haven't seen anything mentioned on it so perhaps there is a possibility Omni never thought of this before increasing reps per day or updating the Help Docs. how users gain rep is up to them, i couldn't care less. i'm just putting my ideas on the table, that's all

Yeah. Since at least 2015.
But setting a timeframe i.e 1 rep / hour isn't gonna change anything. They will just update the script to make it run once per hour and wait in the background in the meantime.

I think there currently is one. Every 5-6 reps i get the error message stating i hit my max for today. If i wait 5-15 minutes i can give rep again...
