For people looking to make a little money to get into other ventures, I find smelting gold bars into gold bracelets is pretty easy, fast, and doesn't require much money. I bought 2,000 gold bars for 160,000, smelted them in about 2 hours (roughly 1,000 an hour, half paying attention) and sell 2,000 bracelets for about 360,000. Not the BEST, but it's easy, there's no competition to deal with, and you can keep going to get some overhead for other ventures.

No offense but 2 hours for ~200k is a waste of time in P2P.

You'd be surprised how many people can't make enough to re-buy a bond each 2 weeks. A lot of my friends are casual runescape players and they have to grind in order to repay their bond because they're simply not knowledgeable about the game. Money is money, some people might prefer doing this method to make their bond back.

I remember this method. I did that method for 99 from the level you can smelt Gold Bars to Bracelets. It took ages. x.x I only made around 75m profit as well.

I'd rather just passively make money by farming while I do other stuff. Costs jack shit to get started, takes 5 minutes every hour and a half, and you can start making pretty good profit after level 38.

They would have to do *minimum 20+ hours of this to get a bond back
