Description:
I opened a exchange contract, sent money to his ETH addy and in the same minute I provided HF message with my paypal address.
He sent money to other paypal address and states that I sent him several paypal addys on skype and that it was my skype which I verified on HF message.

I would not scam for 40$ i earn much more from HF, few days ago posted a picture sitting in front of himy pc and 100k$.

I posted all proofs how this fucker is trying to get from me another 40$

I have not confirmed my skype and you sent money to other paypal than I sent to you in HF message.
Maybe you didn't try to scam me but you sent money to other guy, I really don't care. It was your fault you sent money to wrong paypal.
You can chargeback money from paypal and I want my refund.

I posted proves that you confirmed your skype via PMS(by sending me one, when i requested it). I asked you for edit/approve contract several times BEFORE MONEY HAS BEEN SENT AND YOU DID IT IMMADIATELY PER My REQUEST ON SKYPE. Fucking dumb blatant liar.

Facts are:
You not confirmed my skype
You sent money to other PP addy that I sent you.

The rate was discussed in contract which can be checked.
My message was - I cover eth fees you PP and you approved contract and with 40$ ETH for 45$ PP and added ETH addy.

Thats all.

I refunded money because:

I recieved 38,5$ instead of 40$ ( 1,5$ transaction fees and in the contract I stated that I cover ETH fees and he cover PP fees)
He is all the time blackmailing me and insulting in PM's which will be posted - https://imgur.com/a/7fIUn3g
I want now my money back to my ETH addy which I added to contract.
