Just purchased the method from my boy Ravioli 🎉 ! The format that the method is sent in is easy to use and straight to the point. But from what I've read so far it seems to be a fairly simple; Will post an update when I put the method to use. 🤝

Last i checked PayPal fraud was not allowed on HF and it still not is.

there is no such exploit its just an old trick to limit the account via specific targeted url so when paypal system even detects a violation/security warning it has no rights to limit an account but they can surely hold the funds for long time so be warned!

all things considered its not worth it you can have something better also its not allowed here so.

I've said multiple times this isn't fraud. Basically one comment every page on the thread claiming the same thing, said the same thing every time.

Also that's not even remotely close to what the exploit is.
