You cant scan a .lnk cause its a shortcut that is what happens when its scanned!

Can the lnk itself bypass UAC? Or the payload is the one that bypasses UAC?

Because lnks usually don't trigger Smartscreen but UAC always pops up.

If you use powershell payload it will bypass SS
