How to get Real followers in instagram or real subscrible in youtube
Even though that question is quite vague and you will get a lot of shit from other users, I try to be a lady and answer your question.

So how do you get real people to "follow" you?
First of all you need an interesting topic, an idea or sometimes just a pretty face.
If you found that, you have to produce your content. Again, it could be everything and anything. Stuff about beauty, gaming, tutorials, ..... A lot of research helps to find out about your consumers, what they want, which topic they find interesting.
(for example: if you are into gaming, your followers will probably be mainly young boys/man; if you do beauty tip the targeting audience will be mostly women, ....)
Each targeting group has different ideals, things they want to see, and so on. So you need to study them and learn what they want and what they don't want.
All that is part of marketing and advertising your channel (there are plenty of tutorials out there; even some free ones).

That is just a really, really short overview how to get real followers. It will take a lot of work and time.
Of course there are always some shortcuts, but they will (most of the time) cost you.

I've tried it both the organic way and the paid way - even then, most of the paid services give you trash "followers" that are probably bots anyway. There used to be a lot of great services out there, but they all got swatted down by cease and desists. I only know of a couple now, and I keep those close to the chest.

Content trumps everything at the end of the day. Pick a niche, take awesome pictures or aggregate some license-free ones, be consistent with a posting schedule, and learn how to get good at hashtagging (picking the highest-trafficked tags is a waste of time).

Takes time, but it works like a charm. glhf

For Instagram, if you are promoting a real page there is a company called IAS.NYC (which it appears the website is under maintenance) that automates the process. Basically, it is a tool that finds people who may be interested in your content, then follows a bunch of them. Typically they will follow back, then in a week, the service will automatically unfollow them, then boosting your ratio. It can even do it for comments, likes, etc. You are paying for a control panel and UI, but there are free scripts to do this yourself all over the internet.

It is still not a full proof "hack" but if you use some logic, know your target market, and understand how to build engagement once you have an audience, then this will work. Companies tend to go this route, but only because they have a social media team that understands the analytics behind it. This is not a shortcut to not post quality content.

In short, attention is the most highly valued commodity in this world. People are not going to just give you free attention if you do not deliver them value first. There is a model out there called "Jab Jab Right Hook". It means you give and you give, before you ask.

Deliver value and people will give you their attention.
