A question I have been asking for a while now, You pick the benching software - i'll run it.
I hope to see some of your results too - we can also tell you what upgrades you should get according to your results.

That's with some load issues for 4k on my hdd, underclocked ram and no OC on my gpu.
Will do a restart in a sec for the first time in a while and see how it holds with my ram boosted again.
UPDATE: 10/12/2018.
16gb RAM down but mobo now supports 3200mhz. Time to redo a bench -
1950x @ 1.25v - 4.0ghz OC
Gtx 1080ti @ Driver update from 398.11 to 416.94
Samsung 970 Evo NVMe @ Optimized with windows built in optimization
G.SKILL F4 DDR4 @ Increase from 2133mhz to 3200mhz but down 16gb or ram from 64gb to 48gb
// No GPU overclock during this run - and I can increase CPU to 4.1ghz comfortably if need be. RAM still wont hit 3600 on the new bios version yet but soon. 970 evo isn't optimized as it's not a fresh drive.

Userbenchmark, I'll run mine tonight
I’ll run mine later, I need new ram and cpu, and a motherboard since I’ve got DDR3 ram and AMD cpu when I want a i7 8700k

Lord no, 1950x all the way my dude - multi core/oc multi core speeds are way better - I mean if multi-tasking isn't your thing and want 10 fps more sure go for the i9, but if you like to play games while doing other shit, I wouldn't touch it.
does my faping speed count ?

I always wanted to switch to AMD side but dont have money. Anything i earn goes to my new room so pc needs to wait. I was thinking to go for ryzen 5 1600x. Did u oc it or its on stock speed?

No problem dude, AMD is the way to go and with the new threadripper coming soon i'd save up and wait for that. I'm currently OCd to 4.1 just as a day to day due to work loads but tend to drop it down when gaming.

Intel always wins in gaming benchmarks. So if you're a gamer I'd get an 8700k.
