Its easier than Paypal the best thing with it is that you can get your own Skrill card and theres no stupid fees.
You can also exchange your skrill money to BTC however the BTC can never be seent to another btc ACC they are only stored on your skrill acc you can withdraw them to your real bank whenever you want.
Skrill is much better than paypal and I dont understand why pepole are choosing paypal over skrill.
Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Cannot use Skrill, not supported in my US State, and the problem is that I tried another state then, and it needs ID, which is from the blocked state. :D
