In the video looks like its working fine but what happens when you download the output lnk from the internet? will that pesky 'Open File - Security Warning' message pop up? You should have uploaded the lnk to the internet and re-downloaded it just to show us how undetectable it really is, it would have taken you just an extra minute in that video.

Then that ALWAYS happens with ANY file that is downloaded off the internet, unless using a 3rd party application such as SKYPE (not skype web or the NEWEST Skype since it is like a Skype Web version.)

The best Microsoft is doing is AMSI, and well....its easier to bypass than UAC which is NOT a layer of security either so I wouldn't worry too much.
