New DBS Movie has been releasing a lot of more content but I haven't seen anything of that either.

Even more unfortunate to say, unlike the rest of HF, these members who have left haven't been replaced. As in, there's only a lingering few now and no one new is popping up and remaining.

The only thing I agree with you is the inactivity but every niche forum on HF is like that now. As for the 14 things you listed, I don't see what's wrong with discussing those. Just look at the anime subreddit, it's basically the same thing.
