Let me clear this up. The program is 100% mine, Phil did show me the method a long time ago. However, my method and approach are very much different in terms of safety, I also provide how to buy btc for 0 - 3% as well as the program and the 20% which Phil does not provide. I, however, let Phil sell my program once only, which he did to Carbo. In terms of proxy selling, we are not doing that. I and Phil do not share any profit. Anything he sells he keeps anything I sell I keep. Ask Carbo as he is the only customer to talk to me and Phil.
Me and Phil are 2 different entities and we do not share revenue and I provide a different service then Phil. Therefore I am not proxy selling. Also the issue OP is having is a different and partnership issue.
