User wanted to sell me a $70 AGC code for 70% BTC. Went ahead and took the leap of faith to establish a buyer-seller relationship by sending the $49 first. User has not sent me the code and continues to aimlessly wander around HF.

Not sure. I wouldn't be surprised. At the time I checked to see any open scam reports, I did not see any.
