User PM'd me saying he could sell HQ USA loads and gave his discord, we chatted and he didn't even know the difference between loads and updates which is weird because any legit seller knows the difference.
We agreed to do a test $20 for 40 bots and he sent his BTC address and things took a turn when I said I wanted to start a contract.

Am I at fault here? I wanted to use the contract system to ensure a safe deal and have protection on my end incase he decided to scam me so I could make a valid report.

I TOLD YOU I DONT DO CONTRACTS FOR DEALS OUTSIDE OF HACKFORUMS, THIS IS MY OWN SERVICE, AND NOT USING CONTRACTS IS MY OWN PREFERENCE. you really are fucking retarded.
Contract system doesn't "ensure" a safe deal still, just use a middleman. The contracts won't protect you entirely and it's really not super important to use one lol

What's your reason to not use a contract? It literally makes 0 sense to not use one. It takes 1 minute to make and is there to protect us both during the deal.
