as i just said, this wasnt over hackforums and he had no need to make a deal dispute here. for example: if i make an ad on ebay that says im selling a car, and he doesnt want to buy because i look sketchy, would it make sense for him to tell the store or whatever across the street and expect them to do anything about it?

But you did confirm what I said in my other post. The fact that you mention "he had no need to make a deal dispute here" is because you planned on scamming him and knew that without a contract, your HF account wouldn't get affected by it. WRONG. You advertised your services HERE.

Contract system doesn't "ensure" a safe deal still, just use a middleman. The contracts won't protect you entirely and it's really not super important to use one lol

considering you can get closed if you get caught scamming while using a contract, i'd argue that it IS important to use one
